ITDEVENTS is thrilled to announce that Kween Kong has officially joined the cast of Drag Roast 2026, adding one of the biggest stars in Australasian drag to an already legendary line-up.
Fresh from taking on the world in RuPaul’s Drag Race Global All Stars and recently announced as part of the cast of the upcoming season of The Traitors Australia, Kween Kong will join fellow Drag Race favourites Art Simone, Darlene Mitchell, Jane Don’t, Nicole Paige Brooks, Raja, Thorgy Thor and Willam, with the incomparable Reuben Kaye hosting the chaos.
A finalist on RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under Season 2, Kween Kong quickly established herself as one of the franchise’s most unforgettable competitors. Known for her commanding stage presence, powerhouse performances and larger-than-life personality, she became an instant fan favourite across Australia, New Zealand and around the world.
Her return to the Drag Race universe on Global All Stars introduced her to an even larger international audience, proving exactly why she has become one of the most respected performers to emerge from the Southern Hemisphere. Whether she’s commanding a theatre stage, delivering a lip sync, or bringing her trademark charisma to television, Kween Kong has built a reputation for leaving a lasting impression wherever she goes.
Born in New Zealand and proudly representing her Samoan and Tongan heritage, Kween built a successful career as a professional dancer and choreographer long before stepping into the Drag Race Werk Room. Her unique combination of athletic performance, storytelling, comedy and drag excellence has made her one of the most distinctive entertainers working today.
