Yes you're able to sell your tickets, our official ticket reseller is tixel.com

You may also just hand them to a friend, they will scan once at the door, and duplicates will not be permitted.

ITDEVENTS reserves the right to alter the date, the venue and the entertainment and line-up without prior notice. No warranty is given nor representation made regarding the view of the stage.

Please choose your ticket(s) carefully. In accordance with Live Performance Australia’s Code of Practice for Event Ticketing, event management does not offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Failure to attend the event
  • Change of mind
  • Changes to the line-up/program
  • Inclement/severe weather
  • Late attendance
  • Refused entry or eviction from the event
  • Event dissatisfaction
  • Fear of exposure to COVID-19
No refund on any unused portion of tickets if you or your invitees are asked or forced to leave or if you decide not to attend any part of the Event.
ITDEVENTS may offer credit vouchers or discretionary refunds for extenuating circumstances relating to health or personal reasons. Supporting documentation, such as a medical certificate, may be requested. Credits or Refunds include the value of the tickets only.

Refund exceptions:
In the unlikely case that one of our events is cancelled, the full value of the ticket(s), shall be refunded.

Our events are generally 18+ but we do have a raft of events for all ages. You can see this by checking individual tour pages and look for the 18+ or ALL AGES on the ticket buttons.

For 18+ events - All attendees must be able to prove their age with valid ID

All under 18's must be accompanied by a ticket holding guardian who is over the age of 18.

If the event is ticketed via Megatix, Ticket Tailor or Eventbrite, then we may be able help you transfer to another event or provide you with a voucher to do so. Please reach out to us via support@itdevents.com

Please note: there may be a small fee for transferring which will be charged at the discretion of ITD.

Just log in to your Megatix, Ticket Tailor or Eventbrite account they should be there.

All Meet & Greet photos will be emailed via a private link to the ticket holders up to 1-week following the event. If you purchased an upgrade at the venue, or via a reselling platform, please email support@itdevents.com with the show you attended so that we can send you the gallery.

You may be denied entry into, or removed from, an event where there is reasonable grounds to do so, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions, or you are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, inappropriately attired or adversely affecting the enjoyment of the event by others. You may not be permitted to take into the event, or use, professional cameras or other photographic or recording equipment. You may be required to submit to a search of your person and/or possessions before entering the event. Unless otherwise stated, entry to events is restricted to persons over 18 only.

In accordance with Australian venue, police and liquor licensing requirements, the only acceptable forms of identification are:

  • A current photo driver’s license
  • Current Passport
  • An accepted Proof of Age card

Persons causing a disturbance or refusing to comply with requests from Security will be ejected from the event. Anyone found to be breaking conditions of entry inside or outside the event or any behaviour deemed to be anti-social will be refused entry and/or ejected from the site without refund.


ITDEVENTS or the venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering or at the event.
By entering the event you agree to being filmed or photographed, the product of which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Please note: No professional cameras will be permitted

Our organisation collaborates with all of our venues to ensure that patrons requiring special assistance have access to dedicated viewing areas. We honour valid companion cards for all ticket holders.

Kindly send an email to support@itdevents.com outlining your specific requirements at least one week prior to the event. This advance notification will enable us to provide the most appropriate assistance to enhance your experience.
